FAQ
Common questions
How fast can you get to my house in Torrance?
Most South Bay calls placed before mid-afternoon get a same-day visit. Active sewer backups and leaks are prioritized, and our dispatch answers around the clock for emergencies.
Do you charge for estimates?
No. Estimates and inspections are free and scheduled Monday through Friday. You get a written price before any work starts.
What is hydro jetting and when do I need it?
Hydro jetting uses high-pressure water to scour the inside of a drain or sewer line, removing grease, scale and roots that a cable snake only pokes a hole through. If the same drain keeps clogging every few months, jetting usually solves it for good.
Is trenchless pipe coating as good as replacing the sewer line?
For lines that are cracked, leaking or root-invaded but still structurally sound, coating restores the pipe from the inside without excavation, often in a day. Collapsed or badly bellied pipe still needs replacement. A camera inspection tells us which one you need, and we show you the footage.
Tank or tankless water heater?
Tankless units cost more up front but run only when you use hot water, never run out, and free up closet space. Tank units are cheaper to install and simpler to repair. For a large household using hot water in several places at once, a tank or a larger tankless unit may be the better fit. We'll size it for your home.
Do you work on commercial properties?
Yes. Restaurants, apartment buildings, offices and retail spaces, including grease trap service, floor drains and storm drains. Property managers can set up a standing account.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes. CSLB license #1073582, with general liability insurance. You can verify the license at the California Contractors State License Board website.
